We have designed different specialized wash procedures depending on the gear, which can include spot treatments, soaking, pre-rinse, and even hand-scrubbing on difficult areas to remove a wide range of hard-to-clean contaminants.
If the gear is sent in clean, we will skip this step.

We offer free visual inspection of the shell and liner (with no liner testing).
We also offer a full inspection that includes testing the moisture barrier for water penetration protection with our specialized hydro-static equipment. Our trained and experienced technicians will inspect the shell of your gear using a 16-point checklist based on NFPA 1851 standards.
After inspecting the gear, we will make an official quote and email it to you for review and approval.
Repair

Repair
We will repair your gear per the approved quote. We use special Nomex FR thread, matching shell and liner fabric, and other certified materials.
We can repair all layers of fire gear, including the outer shell, thermal liners, and moisture barrier.
